At the end of 2022, three experienced professionals, each at a pivotal moment in their careers, came together to pursue a shared vision: establishing a company dedicated not only to environmental sustainability but also to promoting social equity.

Fueled by this vision and backed by decades of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing energy efficiency programs, they founded 7th Wave Energy and Social Services in early 2023. From its inception, the company has assembled a purpose-driven, highly skilled team and built a robust network of contractors, suppliers, and energy professionals. Together, they execute impactful outreach initiatives and deliver energy retrofits that enhance the quality of life for Canadian households.
